O risco de base para a soja em Sinop e Lucas, Mato Grosso

Abstract

To the present job it intended to study the possibilities of base risk in the dynamics of the economic function of the future marketing, to bring up the discussion of risk management of the producers commercialization system in the area of Center-west, taking into account the soy produced along BR 163, in the State of Mato Grosso, being taken as example, located productive units in Sinop and Lucas do Rio Verde. The meaning of the subject belongs to the master dissertation – Hedge to Soy Producer, presented on last march 2006, in University of Brasilia. It is observed that, after the Constitution of 1988, the creation of OMC, the economical invigoration of blocks and countries, new corporations and groups of sectorial interests, the State raisin for an emptying process due to it fiscal crisis and of the lack of legitimacy of politics socially maintainable. The changes in the intervention pattern that passed of a complete state regulation for a tendency to the deregulation with reduced intervention of the State are contributing to the appearance in new commercialization ways - that more intelligent they permeate the dynamics and the process of operation of the market. Therefore, in spite of showing it executes the hedge practice in CBOT, it is not part of most of the producing of the area to manage the risks of the business of the firm of agricultural production in the BM&F – Brazilian Board of Trade. That situation tends to persist once and for all that the State (in their three levels of power: Federal, State and Municipal) together with the private initiative and other no government organizations, it doesn’t get to establish a pattern of behavior in defense of the invigoration of the use of instruments and administration mechanisms and neutralization of risks. They corroborate for that the lack of added technical knowledge of the institutional absence, taking producers operate not with future markets in the area, increasing, in that way, the risk of their own businesses.
