Abstract

This article aims to promote a reflection on the professional qualification of workers contemplated with the activities of the National Rural Learning Service of Pernambuco (SENAR-PE), which seeks to train the rural worker through a new vision of field development and their established relation. A qualitative research, carried out through documentary data and structured interviews, being methodologically contemplated by a process model, diagnosing a SENAR-PE performance focused on the Rural Entrepreneur Program. The main results point to solid opportunities and investments, reaching the expected objectives for rural entrepreneurship, as well as assuming success in the amount of training, consolidating an affirmation of the development of the field in light of SENAR activities, opening discussions about its structure in the current scenario.
