Abstract

The article analyzes a selected set of legislative proposals dealing with the integrated agroindustrial production in Brazil. The study presents an inventory of Law Projects composed of four documents, aiming to establish which developments are perceived between the written and how the projects are joined in the period. The desk research combined with the literature review allowed us to evaluate six important attributes of the contractual model and the impacts that new legislation may generate. Overall, the results point to greater transparency and enforcement for the model without presenting advances for selectivity and bargaining power
