Contract of sale in the soybean agroindustrial chain

Abstract

The commercialization of soybeans is performed through contracts in networks. Such operations are conducted in a structured and complex agro-industrial system with the establishment of contractual relations between the various agents. Among the main types contracts involved, there is the contract of sale. The form and objectives of these agreements will depend on the economic needs involved. Sure is, however, that Brazilian courts have recognized the contractual practices and took place on these topics.
